Getting Fingerprinted in China
📍 Where to Get Fingerprinted in China
In China, fingerprints for Canadian RCMP submissions must be taken at authorized judicial expertise institutes or notary public offices — not regular police stations. Use black ink only (not red or blue). We provide our own specially designed fingerprint card; the authorized institute will sign and stamp it. Notary public offices (公证处) do not sign the fingerprint card directly — instead, they issue a notarial certificate (公证书) afterward, which is equally accepted.

Submit Scanned Copies
Email scanned copies of all documents for verification. We review everything and send you an invoice.
Pay & Mail Originals
Pay by Email Transfer, Credit Card, WeChat Pay, or Alipay. Then mail all original documents to our Edmonton office.
We Submit to RCMP
We digitize your fingerprint card using certified card scan technology and submit electronically to the RCMP. You receive a DCN confirmation number.
Receive Your Certificate
The RCMP issues your certificate, mailed to you or a designated third party anywhere in the world. Optional: we forward it by international courier.
