International Services
International Fingerprinting (Ink to Digital)
We digitize your ink fingerprint card taken abroad and submit to the RCMP electronically. Accepted from police, embassies, notaries, and authorized agencies worldwide.
RCMP Criminal Record Check (Abroad)
Obtain your RCMP Certified Criminal Record Check while living outside Canada. We guide you through the entire process and handle RCMP submission on your behalf.
Apostille & Document Authentication
Authentication of Canadian documents for international use. We assist with the Hague Convention Apostille process for employment, immigration, and residency applications abroad.

Ink & Roll Fingerprinting
Traditional ink and roll fingerprinting for agencies and institutions that require the ink card format rather than digital submission.

Passport & ID Photos

Get Fingerprinted Locally
Have your fingerprints taken by an accepted agency in your country — local police, embassy, consulate, or notary.
Submit Scanned Copies
Send us scanned copies of your documents for verification. We review and send you an invoice for payment.
Pay & Mail Originals
Pay by Email Transfer, Credit Card, WeChat Pay, or Alipay. Then mail all original documents to our Edmonton office.
We Submit to RCMP
We digitize your fingerprint card using certified card scan technology and submit your application to the RCMP electronically via a secure connection. A DCN confirmation is provided.
Receive Your Certificate
The RCMP issues your criminal record certificate directly to you or a designated third party via Canada Post. Optional: we forward it to you by international courier.
Hague Convention
Apostille & Document Authentication
Many countries require an Apostille stamp before accepting Canadian documents. We assist with document authentication for countries party to the Hague Convention, including your RCMP Criminal Record Check certificate.

Accepted Fingerprinting Agencies Abroad
Your fingerprints must be taken by a recognized authority:
- Police Force
- Government Department
- Embassy or Consulate
- Notary Public
- Foreign Private Fingerprinting Company (PFC) with a Memorandum of Understanding with an Accredited Canadian PFC
Both Live Scan and ink and roll fingerprint methods are accepted.
