How the Process Works
- Bring your document(s) — Prepared and ready for signing (do not sign beforehand)
- Present valid ID — Government-issued photo identification required
- Sign in front of the commissioner — You must sign the document in person before the commissioner
- Commissioner signs & stamps — Official commissioner stamp applied to complete the process

- Your unsigned document(s) to be sworn
- Two pieces of valid government-issued photo ID
- Any supporting materials required for your specific document type
